Shane has been a record collector all of his life and wanted a career that involved his passion for recorded music. He was also a DJ on 3WAY FM (Warrnambool), SRA FM and EAR FM (Melbourne). He also loves seeing live bands and has seen some of the worlds biggest acts such as The Rolling Stones, Slayer, Nirvana, AC/DC, Sex Pistols and The Ramones. He even saw the White Stripes play to a crowd of about 100 before they were famous! Shane collects mainly Australian independent rock music from the 60s till present but he listens to everything from AC/DC to ZZ Top! incorporating Rock, Metal and Punk (even some Blues and Country music!). Shane is not anti CD either but prefers vinyl over all! For those who are curious the company name I chose is based on a song title by US noise band from the late 80s ”Pussy Galore” Members have since turned up in such acts as Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Sonic Youth, Free Kitten, Boss Hog, Heavy Trash & Royal Trux to name a few.
